Rekha N Menon is a self-made, resilient woman and a charismatic individual who carved her own path to success. She began her entrepreneurial journey following her graduation in commerce. From being a newly graduated commerce student to founding her own private company and holding the responsibilities of being an entrepreneur for over 17 years, Rekha ventured along the less travelled road. Her journey began in 2006, when she took the leap of faith, quit her job, and started her own financial consultancy firm, Arun Associates. Since then, her only way has been forward. Despite the many hurdles and adversities that Rekha had to face, she was determined to push through. In 17 years, Arun Associates has seen impressive growth, and Rekha stands as its proud proprietor.
By offering professional services in auditing, providing clients with accounting solutions, supporting them in complying with statutory requirements, and extending travel and HR services, among others, Arun Associates continue to excel in client satisfaction and the quality of their services. Despite all her successes, Rekha does not swerve from her trail of learning. She endeavours to make the most of her entrepreneurial journey by keeping herself updated with the latest developments in her field and reigniting her passion by discovering new ideas. As a social entrepreneur with an accumulation of experience and knowledge over the years, she strives to support young, passionate entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to life and prepare them for the challenges ahead.
She is a frequent speaker at KIED (Kerala Institute for Entrepreneurship Development). She was selected for and successfully completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women global initiative conducted by IIM Bangalore. She is a certified Startup Consultant, certified by the Institute of Directors.
